Terms of Service

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of csplog.io ("the Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement, either on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.

2. Description of Service

csplog.io collects Content Security Policy violation reports from your websites, filters out noise, and generates AI-assisted policy suggestions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with multiple tiers; capacity limits per tier are listed on the pricing page.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.1 Project ownership

You may only configure projects for domains you own or are authorized to administer. We reserve the right to suspend projects pointed at domains you cannot demonstrate control over.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to collect violation reports from domains you don't control.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the API beyond documented rate limits.
• Submit fraudulent violation traffic intended to inflate the system or game shared filter rules.
• Use the generated policies to bypass security controls of any third party.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions begin after a free trial period and renew automatically until cancelled. Billing is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record; applicable VAT, sales tax, or other transaction taxes are added at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations stop further charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its visual design, codebase, and documentation, is owned by csplog.io and protected by applicable IP law. Your violation data remains yours; you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service on your behalf.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Generated policies are suggestions — you remain responsible for reviewing and applying the headers that go into production.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, csplog.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits — will do so.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
