Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-03 · Placeholder content — not legal advice.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet. This Refund Policy explains when csplog.io will issue refunds on paid subscriptions. It supplements — and where stricter consumer-protection rules apply, gives way to — your statutory rights.

1. Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day trial. No card is required to begin. You can cancel at any point during the trial with no charge.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues through the end of the billing period and no further charges are issued. Partial-month refunds are generally not provided.

2.1 EU statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to withdraw and receive a refund of any amount paid, provided the Service has not been substantially used. Email [email protected] within that window to exercise this right.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions, when offered, may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused months within the first 30 days of the billing year. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel renewal at any time.

4. Service Failure

If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our side, we will issue service credits or a prorated refund at our discretion. "Extended" and "material" are defined in good faith based on observed downtime versus your normal usage pattern.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address on the account.
  2. Include the project name and a short reason — this helps us improve the product even when the refund is straightforward.
  3. We aim to respond within two business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Amounts charged before the start of the EU withdrawal window where the Service has been substantively used.
  • Subscription fees for months already elapsed at the time of cancellation.
  • Any third-party fees passed through (e.g., currency conversion charged by your card issuer).

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback — most concerns are resolvable directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.

8. Contact

Refund questions, edge cases, or anything that doesn't fit the buckets above: [email protected].
